Goðafoss Waterfall & Geothermal Baths tour is the perfect introductory tour to North Iceland. We start the tour in Akureyri in Eyjafjord and drive the coastline to Laufás Turf Houses and Museum. There we get insight into the heritage and history of the area, experiencing how people used live. Next, we head towards Goðafoss Waterfall. After experiencing the power of the Skjálfandafljót glacier river and capturing the picturesque waterfall we head back to the Forrest Lagoon in Eyjafjordur for a relaxing soak to end the tour.

Finding the tour at the cruise port was easy. Godafoss was beautiful, I wish I had a little more time to explore there. Forest Lagoon was beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing most people in my group preferred it over the Blue Lagoon.

The falls were amazing , the turf house interesting and a wonderful stop at the Forest Lagoon was a relaxing way to top off the day. The guide was very informative.

Well worth the trip, Godafoss waterfall, Laufas old settlement and church, local guide and talk. Then on to Geothermal baths at Forest Lagoon, spent an hour bathing. Great explanations from our guide. Thoroughly recomend this trip.
