This was a great day. I met Sindy for the start of the class. WE started at 1pm. There were 4 of us in the class. We made a traditional meal including dessert. Come hungry. We all participated in cooking and cutting the ingredients for the meal. We made burek, a main dish and a traditional cookie for dessert. Sindy is a great host. Very patient. However if you book through My tour in Albania they changed the time of the class at the last minute.

Sindi is een geweldige host en maakt een feestje van de workshop. We krijgen alle tijd voor het bereiden van de maaltijd en terwijl het eten in de oven staat drinken we heerlijke wijn die haar vader zelf maakt. De maaltijd smaakt heerlijk. Echt een aanrader als je de Albanese keuken wilt proeven!
