    The tour starts at the hotel at the appointed time. This is the meeting place with the guide. We’ll continue driving to the city of Kruja.( 1h.30' 1. The first visit is to the Castle of Kruja and the Museum of Skenderbeg. There you will get acquainted with the history of the Albanian people and its resistance in the 15th century led by the national hero Skenderbeg, against the greatest Empire of the time Ottoman Empire .Inside the castle you will explore the old road and the houses of the Castle.You can take photo of the mountain and the city of Kruja. 2.After you will visit the old Bazaar of Kruja . Kruja Bazaar is one of the oldest in Albania with the original marketplace dating back over 400years. The Ottoman-style bazaar stretches all the way

    3.You will proceed with your tour to the City of Durres, one of the oldest one (founded in 627 B.C.). *You are going to visit the amphitheater there, which was built in the beginning of the 2nd Century *Old Byzantine Market *Venetian Tower Later on, you will have a sea food lunch by the sea ,in one of the best restaurants in Durres( Optional). Then you will walk along the promenade by the seashore . You will also have the opportunity to swim in the Adriatic sea (optionally)

It was a rainy day in Albania but Adi did not let the weather impact the tour. Adi picked me up right on time and was a safe driver. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy his job. We started first with Kruja and then after drove to Durres. Both towns are so different from Tirana that it was nice to experience more local food and places. Lunch was a delicious seafood/Italian place directly on the coast in Durres. I fully enjoyed my day exploring Albania with Adi. Thank you.

This was a great way to get out of Tirana and see more of Albania! Especially if you are only in the area for a few days. Adi gave a lot of insightful info about the areas, and was great to take the day trip with. It was really neat getting to see the mountains and the sea, all in one day. Seaside is beautiful, and the castle/ museum were very interesting.
