  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We were picked up at the hotel by Manny, who is very considerate of his passengers. He had our luggage loaded, then text me to say he was waiting whenever we were ready. I would highly recommend the company and if possible, request Manny…. he was a very safe driver.

Not just A-Best Transport and Tour Service but in my opinion the best way to enjoy our Lake Louise Autumn holiday. We enjoyed the trip to Lake Louise so much that we asked to have the same driver for our return to Calgary. Prompt, courteous, helpful and informative, our driver, Aljay Ragadio pointed out sites and have tips to make our visit especially memorable.
