Vale muito a pena contratar a Viator. É só aparecer no lugar certo e na hora marcada, o resto é aproveitar, furar a fila e prestar atenção na aula cultural!!!

We had a good experience on these tours. They were well organized and the guides were extremely informative. It seemed confusing to pick up our tickets in one place and to meet in another, but it was all very close, and they guided us the whole way. But note - - We only had about 15 minutes between the Alcazar and Cathedral tours. Because the tour of Alcazar focused on the buildings, we had no time to visit the gardens. If you are interested in the gardens, don't do both tours on the same day - - You won't have time - - and you can't come and go. Security is tight.

Meeting point changed with no notification by email. Guide was competent but didn’t engage well. There was a small break between alcazar and cathedral and guide didn’t tell us where to meet or how to get out of the large gardens in which it was easy to roam and get lost. But sites were spectacular
