  • If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30USD per person
  • If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30USD per person
  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures
  • A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip
  • If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person
  • If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room
  • If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person
  • The tour ends on the last day in Aswan city around 4 to 5 pm, so evening departure is recommended
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We absolutely loved our cruise. Ahmed our guide was fantastic and would highly recommend you ask for him. He showed us all the sites, making sure to explain what we were viewing. His knowledge of the sites was impressive and his English was perfect. He would show was the highlights and then provide us as much free time to explore as we wanted. He always made sure to be waiting for us at our designated meeting spot to safely accompany us back to the boat. Our room was very comfortable and nicely appointed. There was plenty to eat with many choices. It was a great relaxing way to see the sights and not spend all day in the car. We also appreciated the timing, most visits are early in the morning or in the evening avoiding the hottest parts of the day.

Egypt is one of the countries in the world, in my opinion, that should not be missing from a list of places to visit throughout life. It is much more than the famous Pyramids of Giza. Areas like Luxor deserve to spend days and discover them. And what better with the company of our friends from "Special trips" especially our guide "WAEL" a very professional and friendly man with great disposition. with great command of the Spanish language. very grateful for the incredible experience and support in this beautiful adventure.
