Der Fahrer hat uns nicht abgeholt!!!! Wir mussten uns morgens um 3 Uhr eine Fahrgelenheit nach Alexandria ins Hotel suchen. Es war grauenvoll. Später rief der Fahrer an mit Ausreden. Wir fordern unser Geld zurück

Very smooth transfer , everything was handled very well. The driver was really nice and helped with the luggage as much as he could.
