  • Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile,Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated.We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.
  • If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
  • A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
  • If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
  • If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
  • If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
  • The tour ends on the last day in Luxor city around 4 to 5 pm, so evening departure is recommended.
  • Pregnant ladies are not allowed for the Hot Air Balloon trip. (please, advise)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 gg di crociera da Assuan a Luxor. L'organizzazione del tour operator è stata impeccabile. Transfer, guide preparate, gruppo di visite di 4 persone, dettagli molto curati e condivisi. La crociera è stata eccellente: la nave, le ampie cabine con salotto e balcone, il cibo vario e di qualità, il personale gentile, disponibile e molto professionale.

Taking this Nile cruise was one of the best decisions you can make to get to know the temples of Luxor and Aswan. To begin with, Mona our coordinator, was always in touch with us from day one, asking us how the tour had gone and if we needed anything or had doubts. It also kept us updated on the itinerary and any changes there might be. Thank you very much Mona for your good disposition ☺️!! The cruise room was splendid, had two bathrooms, was very large, and was cleaned every day. The cruise service was great! The waiters were always in a good mood and ready to help you with what you needed. Last but not least, a thank you to our guide Mohamed, his explanations and data helped us to have a good overview of Egyptian temples and culture ????????????. In conclusion, I highly recommend to take the stress out of having to organize the excursions yourself to visit Asuan and Luxor. Tips: Always go with change in Egyptian pounds because you must tip drivers and guides. At the end of the trip you must leave a tip of at least 900 EGP for the employees of the ship.

Super croisière, où nous en avons eu plein les yeux ! L'équipage du bateau était très serviable et les chambres confortables et propres. Le seul bémol serait l'heure de levé très tôt pour les activités , mais elles en valent vraiment la peine et l'on peut se reposer l'après-midi près de la piscine sur les lits ou transats. Notre guide espagnol Mohamed était très à l'écoute et nous expliquait très bien. Cela restera un très beau souvenir en Egypte !
