  • Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile,Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated.We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order.
  • If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • If the Hot Air Balloon trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30 USD per person.
  • Camera is not allowed on the balloon basket, you can only use your cellphone to take pictures.
  • A child less than 6 years is not allowed for the balloon trip.
  • If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
  • If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
  • If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
  • The tour ends on the last day in Luxor city around 4 to 5 pm, so evening departure is recommended.
  • Pregnant ladies are not allowed for the Hot Air Balloon trip. (please, advise)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A very comfortable and well equipped room. More delicious food than we could possibly eat and a very wide choice. Our guide to the temples and tombs was very well informed and we squeezed in so much in the time available. Hot air balloon flight was particularly memorable.

What an amazing experience it was. From the moment we did our booking, our tour coordinator Monalisa was in touch with us. She made everything so smooth and hassle free for us. Her communication was amazing and she kept us informed before trip as well as every single day of trip. Hats off to her. Next thing our guide Mr Offee- such a knowledgeable and kind hearted person. He made those 4 days fun filled, happy and full of energy for everyone on the trip. His knowledge of Egyptian culture and history is impeccable. Our cruise was comfortable, clean and everyone including Mona, Offee, cruise personals and all the vehicle drivers went extra mile to cater for every single persons need on this trip. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this trip to everyone. P.S. Be ready to get hassled by street vendors but your tour guide will be like a shield protecting and helping you. Must do experience. One item ticket off my bucket list, thank you Mona and Offee :)

Very perfect itinerary. I booked the trip through a local travel agency. Aswan tour guide Mina was waiting for us at the pier early in the morning and took us to visit Philae Temple and Koba. Check-in to the cruise ship before lunch. Since our English is not good, Mina was patient and gentle. She worked hard to communicate with us, ensured our daily itinerary, and helped us book bus tickets to Hurghada. Great thanks to him! The cruise was very good. The program was rich. The food changed every day. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. We all enjoyed it. I believe I will come again in the future and will miss this trip!
