Enjoy 3 days Aswan,Luxor,Abu Simbel,Nubian village,Balloon&train from Cairo

We recently visited Cairo from the USA and decided to take a Nile cruise with this company. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire trip was completely hassle-free thanks to the efforts of Manager Mohamed, who was very helpful and accommodating throughout. Our guide Abdo truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Not only was he a total gentleman, but his excellent English made it easy for us to understand all the details he shared about the history and culture of the area. Abdo was patient, informative, and always there to assist us with anything we needed.

muchas gracias por el tour.Lo recomiendo ampliamente, los hoteles fueron realmente buenos y de 4 estrellas como se prometio, los guias tambien eran muy amables y sabian mucho de la historia de egipto, nuestro guia en luxor incluso tenia una maestria en egiptiologia, increible! Nos estuvieron cuidando y preguntando todo el tiempo en Whatsapp si todo estaba bien en el tour, eso es un buen detalle! Aunque hubo algunos detalles como el hecho que en luxor no nos querian llevar a nuestro asiento del tren, solo nos querian dejar en la entrada de la estacion( esto es una razon importante de porque reservamos tour, porfavor no descuiden ese detalle, es importante para los turistas sentirnos seguros y sin preocupaciones es por eso que reservamos) y al llegar de regreso a giza tampoco habia nadie esperandonos en la central! estuvimos solos en la noche esperando y despues el del transporte nos dijo que no le enviamos la informacion, no recordaba que yo debia hacer eso y que era mi trabajo, porfavor asegurese de que sus clientes estan bien y habra alguien esperando por ellos. Quitando esos 2 detalles, no pueden empañar todo el resto del servicio, todo se llevo acabo acorde a el plan del tour en tiempo y en forma,incluso me ayudaron a solucionar un problema con la tarjeta para comprar los tickets, me senti afortunada de tener una agencia que me cuidara en ese momento, y no pasar ese estress. El tour incluye los desayunos todos muy buenos en esos mismos hoteles de lujo, y incluye las comidas, los restaurantes de muy buena calidad tambien, me gustaron mucho y el de luxor estaba precioso con vista y comida local muy completo todo. Lo recomiendo, sin duda cuando vuelva a egipto pedire ayudara a la compañia, muchas gracias por el servicio.
