Entrar em uma mesquita é uma experiência única de aprendizado e melhor ainda se estiver com um guia que explique sobre o lugar e cultura. Curiosidade é o relógio presenteado pelos franceses e que nunca funcionou pois não enviaram a máquina do relógio, somente o display. A cidadela é bacana, com uma vista linda da cidade do Cairo.

La ciudadela de Saladino y la Gran mesquita de Alabastro son una belleza! Vale la dicha ir a visitarla, recorrer sus calles y hacer esfuerzos por ingresar a la mesquita. Destro de la ciudadela también hay un museo militar y he de decir que es muy seguro. El bazar es pura vida!! también se siente muy seguro y hay cosas para todos los gustos! Se come rico allí
