  • Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
  • Keep in mind that The Alhambra closes every December 25 and January 1, we will always assign the visit either for December 26 or for January 2
  • All travelers must bring their passport or physical identity card on the day of the visit. When you make the reservation you must give us the identity data of all the passengers since the Alhambra tickets are nominative.
  • Our tour includes the tickets. The Alhambra system requires that you provide us with all full names, as the tickets are nominative (you will need to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the visit). We would also like to inform you that the tour may be canceled due to sold-out tickets, sometimes even on the same day in the early morning, although our cancellation rate is on average less than 0.4%. It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. However, we have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them due to our dedication and experience. But please rest assured, this happens very rarely; you are in good hands. We prefer to inform you about the system, and this is how all agencies operate. So when you make the reservation, you must read carefully that you cannot have train reservations or other activity; you must have the whole day dedicated to the Alhambra because there may be changes in the schedule. It does not depend on us but on the complexity of the monument. We are aware of the importance of this visit for you, we want to meet your needs, but when you make reservations, you accept these conditions; in case of cancellation, all the money will be refunded through the platform.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had a private tour with Lara who was wonderful: extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and obviously passionate about the palaces. Lara enhanced our Alhambra experience 100-fold. Highly recommended. One thing to note. The complex is very, very large, with some hills, some steps, and uneven surfaces. It’s easy enough to manage but something to keep in mind. The Alhambra is magnificent, the ingenuity of the architects is astounding and, in our opinion, a must-see experience. Thank you Lara!!

Our Moroccan tour guide (forgive me for not catching his full name) was fantastic!!! He taught us so much about the writing in the artwork and structure of the architecture! Such a fantastic experience. This private tour was well worth the price tag!
