  • Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
  • Keep in mind that The Alhambra closes every December 25 and January 1, we will always assign the visit either for December 26 or for January 2
  • All travelers must bring their passport or physical identity card on the day of the visit. When you make the reservation you must give us the identity data of all the passengers since the Alhambra tickets are nominative.
  • Our tour includes the tickets. The Alhambra system requires that you provide us with all full names, as the tickets are nominative (you will need to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the visit). We would also like to inform you that the tour may be canceled due to sold-out tickets, sometimes even on the same day in the early morning, although our cancellation rate is on average less than 0.4%. It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. However, we have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them due to our dedication and experience. But please rest assured, this happens very rarely; you are in good hands. We prefer to inform you about the system, and this is how all agencies operate. So when you make the reservation, you must read carefully that you cannot have train reservations or other activity; you must have the whole day dedicated to the Alhambra because there may be changes in the schedule. It does not depend on us but on the complexity of the monument. We are aware of the importance of this visit for you, we want to meet your needs, but when you make reservations, you accept these conditions; in case of cancellation, all the money will be refunded through the platform.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Despite buying very expensive tickets well in advance we were told hours before the entry time that we would not be provided with tickets to Nasrid Palaces and there would be no private tour. We were given tickets that gave us entry to the other areas of the Alhambra. Although there was a disclaimer on the website I thought it applied to force majeure events. When I spoke to the representative I got the impression that they obtain the tickets (or not) from the facility at the last minute. We did get a refund but it felt like a scam and was a great disappointment. My advice is to skip these tours, plan your trip well in advance and buy your ticket directly from the facility.
