    WARNING: FEEL THE CITY - ALHAMBRA TICKET SCAM - DO NOT BOOK! THE SCAM - HOW THEY OPERATE: 1. IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION WITHOUT SECURED TICKETS • They instantly confirmed my booking for 5 family members (3 adults, 2 children) • Sent professional-looking confirmation emails with booking codes • Created false sense of security that tickets were guaranteed • I immediately booked non-refundable international flights to Spain and hotel accommodations based on their confirmation 2. DELAYED TICKET DELIVERY - THE STALLING BEGINS • Despite filling in all attendee details immediately (Kept saying tickets were "being processed" • Promised tickets would be sent "once they are available" • Multiple WhatsApp messages delaying and stalling 3. THE FORCED DATE CHANGE TRICK • Days before travel, claimed "monument will remain closed on the selected date due to circumstances beyond our control" • This is a LIE - the Alhambra was NOT closed • Forced me to change dates, claiming "official event at the monument" • Made me update my reservation under pressure 4. THE FINAL CANCELLATION • After I changed dates (causing additional hotel costs I couldn't cancel) • They then claimed the NEW date was "unfortunately not available" • Cancelled my reservation entirely • Promised refund in "10-15 calendar days" ________________________________________ WHY THIS IS A DELIBERATE SCAM: They sell tickets they DON'T HAVE, then: 1. Monitor actual Alhambra ticket demand 2. If demand is high and tickets sell out, they CANCEL your booking 3. They resell your time slot at higher prices to other customers 4. You're left with worthless refund while losing thousands on flights/hotels Their own terms state tickets are "non-refundable" but they freely cancel on customers - yet WE bear all the financial risk! RED FLAGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: ???? They are NOT the official Alhambra website (official is: tickets.alhambra-patronato.es) ???? Their WhatsApp support stalls with generic responses ???? They claim "circumstances beyond our control" - it's a LIE ???? Email: [email protected] / +34 600 124 206 ???? They operate under multiple names to avoid bad reviews ???? Similar complaints exist for other third-party Alhambra resellers using this exact tactic

    A mess! I made a ticket purchase for the Alhambra over 20 days ago and the purchase was approved. After 12 days of purchase I was told that these tickets were not available that if I wanted to access I had to pay about 40 extra EU for new ones. I paid them and they didn't insure me either. Some scammers

    They cancelled our entire booking the day before we were supposed to go, offered no alternatives. Not professional, don't recommend.
