    A mess! I made a ticket purchase for the Alhambra over 20 days ago and the purchase was approved. After 12 days of purchase I was told that these tickets were not available that if I wanted to access I had to pay about 40 extra EU for new ones. I paid them and they didn't insure me either. Some scammers

    They cancelled our entire booking the day before we were supposed to go, offered no alternatives. Not professional, don't recommend.
