We had a great tour with Captain Jack’s! Our guide, Onno, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the drinks and snacks were a nice touch. We were a little worried that it would be cold on the water in November but the boat is enclosed so this was not a problem at all. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the canal cruise very much. Light snacks and drinks are available while you cruise the canals and learn about Amsterdam from the knowledgeable guide. The holiday lights make it even nicer this time of year.

Well, first off, I have to say the weather was in our favor that evening -- cold but dry -- so I felt lucky as we were certainly open to the elements. Our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and an Amsterdam native. Neither my husband nor I had been to Amsterdam before, were there for just two days, and I'm so glad we booked this tour or I know we would have missed most of what we were able to see on the cruise. I was in awe of the canals that seemed to go on and on and of course, viewing all the architecture along the way was lovely and rather fascinating. There were light snacks and refreshments, and our guide had wonderful local tidbits to share. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!
