Nice experience in Niagara falls. Tour operator is unresponsive to messages over the Viator platform. More flexibility and better communication on the pickup and drop points will be required. The microphone system in the vehicle was not present and it was difficult to hear what the driver/guide was saying

Best guide and driver Haroon also the great coach bus very comfortable .Though I was alone I enjoyed a lot for to great people accompanied
