I had a really good experience with Neomad travels.. I booked the trip after seeing all the positive reviews and it ended up to be a good choice.. I took a 6 day trip including 1 day in Almaty.. The stay, food and vehicles everything was above par and expectations.. The tour Guide Max, was especially very helpful patient and understanding of my requirements and adjusting to my speed (being a slow hiker ????).. Nursultan was also very helpful and available 24/7 with any queries or difficulties throughout the trip.. I would really recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Kazakhstan for a seamless experience..
