I reached out to our guide on whatsapp only and the transaction is super smooth, she arranged everything including airport transfers. The tours are well executed though my eyes were super busy with enjoying the views ???? Kazakhstan is way beyond my expectation, if you are aiming for an ultimate winter experience then this country is on top, very safe, clean and people are warm. Food is cheap too! Kolsai lake is so pretty covered with ice but the sorrounding is lush green. For charyn canyon be ready to wear your sneakers for trekking, you would enjoy a hidden nature when you reach the end of the trek. On our tour we got to enjoy Kazakh hospitality too, we had our lunch in a household and they prepared bunch of their dishes and delicacies. I would give a hundred stars but it's only allowing me 5 ????

Amazing tour …Yelnar our guide was only 18 years old but very knowledgeable, informative , friendly and took care of us very well …the driver was also very nice even though he did not speak English he was so friendly and encouraging ..the places we visited were beautiful and a must visit …highly recommend this tour and please try to ask for Yelnar as your guide

We had a very nice time with our guide Diana. She is very knowledgeable and fun. The driver has a "bit heavy foot on the throttle" - so we reached our destinations quicker -, but he drives safely, car is very well maintained, so we still felt safe all times. The car is very comfortable, you can even bend the middle-row seats back individually (there are 3 rows of seats, layout is: 2-2-3). Me and my wife both had a lot of fun.
