    We are suggesting you to visit Medeu skating rink on the way to Shymbulak Mountain ski resort from cable car, it is an outdoor speed skating and bandy rink. It's located in a mountain valley. Medeo sits 1691 meters above sea level. It's considered to be the world's largest high mountain skating rink. We will go by cable car to Shymbulak skiing resort - the largest resort in Central Asia.

    On Kok-Tobe you can enjoy beautiful view of Almaty from 1130 m above the sea level. After Kok Tobe we will go to Kazakh national restaurant to try traditional cuisine.

My wife and I visited Almaty, Astana and Burabay in October 2022.Our first trip to Kazhak was made a memorable one thanks to the excellent bespoke itenary and arrangements by Alamaty Inspiration tour and more particularly outrtour guides Alina and Aseel.Both took excellent care of us and showed us the scenic Kolsay Lakes, Issyk Lake, Canyons,and around Almaty city,Kok Tobe, Skaying rink at Medeu.They also arranged for tours in Astana and Burabay. The memoroies of freshly cooked UzbekPilaf lunch in yurta and .traditional lunch at Navat organised by Alina and Aseel still linger in our minds.A big thank you to Almaty Inspiration tour and the warm and friendly team of Aseel and Alina.
