Christian was our guide and he was great; very knowledgeable and accommodating to our need to walk as little as possible. He didn't just take us to the villages and let us roam around; he gave us the town's history and took us in the churches and spoke authoritatively about them. He recommended a great, charming restaurant for lunch. Overall a great tour. We have one suggestion for Christian and that is to buy a footstool to help people get in his vehicle; all three of us women in our 70s had trouble getting in and out of the van.

Didier arrived promptly at our apartment in Colmar and made us feel welcomed tout de suite!
And off we went to visit the four prettiest towns of Alsace. Didier was always ready to take pictures of all six of us, never rushed us and entertained us through out a very full day, ending with a terrific wine tasting at a small family winery in Kayserberg. His knowledge of the history and culture of Alsace was informative, studded with funny anecdotes and readily answered our myriads of questions. A must while in Alsace…Well done, Didier! Merci beaucoup!!
