Bicycle Tour on Death Road

- They said they include photos and videos of our trail, that’s why the cost is 420 BP. I’ll attach their professional photos for your reference in here. They look like photos from an ancient age haha. Very poor quality. This is the main reason for my low rating, as we do not have any good photos of this great adventure with us now. The other things are minor for me, compared with the photos. But mentioning them so that you know how they are. - Very poor coordination from the beginning. We had to wait for 45 minutes in the van for one couple, no apologies even. - Transport van was very old, and the 3 hour travel was very difficult with very small leg space. - The safety equipment were all worn out and falling off. They shouldn’t be used as safety equipment for a dangerous trail like this. - Morning snack was given around 11.30am and in about 2 hours they stopped for lunch. And gave us just an hour to get into the pool, take a shower and finish the lunch. We were ready on time but the driver and the guide were again late. - The guide did not explain a single detail about the death road to us on our way. I do not recommend them at all. Choosing them was such a big mistake.

I booked two tours, one on the road of death, that I paid for a bike with double suspension, which they recommended for not having so much experience with bike, which obviously was more expensive, and that apart for 30 more they gave me a T-shirt of the death road. The T-shirt was never given to me, I asked the Guide and he told me that he had not been told anything, I was already traveling the next day and they told me to come by the office to find it, which was no longer time, apart from that the bike that pays more expensive, several times during the tour his chain went out, and they did not carry in the van any other of the same type to change the bike for another one like it. So I had to go the whole way with it. The only good thing that if I can stand out from the agency is the Guide that I take to charquini, Gio is a love of person, hit me badly the height and I thought that it would not arrive and she accompanied me all the tour. The bad thing about this tour is that they never sent the photos, and it’s a shame because the guide took beautiful photos, and one thinking about sending them to you is dedicated to enjoying the place and not so much taking photos, because they supposedly include it in the service. Honestly my experience with the agency was not good, and I do not recommend them, there are many other agencies that have the same prices and even cheaper.

Everyone in the organization was nice, but bikes were past their best time and therfore not 100% safe, clothing and helmets were worn out, and the guide set a very demanding pace, in fact many people in my group constantly fell behind. Death Road is really quite dangerous, I would prefer a company with better equipment
