The tour was one of the highlights of our three months in South America with stunning scenery. The driver Jaime took the time to always explain what we were doing next, how long we had etc. His driving and navigation was highly skilled. He also aimed to build a community and social feel within the group. Keep in mind that this is an extremely remote, high altitude, rugged area, so don't come along expecting luxury transport and 5 star hotels and food . Having said that, we found the transport and food pretty good and the scenery and was stunning and the sense of adventure only added to the total experience. For those wanting the classic salt pan perspective photos, the driver will come equipped with plastic dinosaur and other props and will set the photos up for you.

Had a fantastic trip with our English speaking guide Liroy. Who is very knowledgeable and told us a lot of interesting stories and historical facts . I would highly recommend to arrange an English speaking guide as it makes your experience amazing. It is worth all the money paid. We booked via howlanders. Would advice to check in advance trip details as you might need to fill a lot of papers before your trip
