We had a wonderful experience learning how to cook classic southern Italian dishes with this kind and welcoming family. After picking us up from our hotel, we were offered cappuccinos and a tour of the garden. We then spent time with our chef making stuffed fried zucchini blossoms, homemade gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, and chocolate caprese cake. The family served everything with their homemade wine and taught us so much along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm and the intimate atmosphere that the small group format afforded. Would 1000% recommend!
