In a farmhouse of Sorrento hills, learn the ins and outs of traditional Amalfi Coast cuisine on this half-day, cooking class. Arrive in the morning for pastries and cappuccinos, meet your chef, and learn about the region’s cuisine as you breakfast. Do a tour of the farmhouse and  go pick the vegetables with your hands in the garden. Afterwards, you’ll spend several hours preparing a multi-course feast. Once the cooking is complete, sit down to enjoy the lunch you’ve prepared. The farmhouse family will join you for lunch accompanied by local wine and views.

As you discover the timeless cooking traditions of the Amalfi Coast, you will make dishes with ingredients that include produce hand-picked from the organic garden (organic product), cheese and meats produced locally, and fish just harvested from the sea. Each of your fun and educational cooking courses on this Amalfi Coast cooking experience will be hands-on and will feature recipes of the Campania region, one of our Chef will teach to you all secret of home-made pastas, delicious sauces, delectable main courses, and real Neapolitan pastries and desserts. Foodie tours will expose you to the fascinating culinary treats this region has to offer, such as wine, olive oil, and limoncello. You will return home ready to recreate the wonderful flavours of the Amalfi Coast for your family and friends. We had a wonderful experience learning how to cook classic southern Italian dishes with this kind and welcoming family. After picking us up from our hotel, we were offered cappuccinos and a tour of the garden. We then spent time with our chef making stuffed fried zucchini blossoms, homemade gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, and chocolate caprese cake. The family served everything with their homemade wine and taught us so much along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed the farm and the intimate atmosphere that the small group format afforded. Would 1000% recommend!

If you are in Sorrento, I very strongly recommend that you take part. It was the best part of our 7 day trip there. My daughter and I were picked up from our hotel, there was another couple with us. This was a family-owned restaurant. Once we were there we were offered a coffee and spent a short time taking in the beautiful views. This was a working farm/restaurant. While we were in Sorrento the weather was baking but we spent the whole morning / early afternoon and we didn't feel the heat at all, there was a mountain breeze all day. which made it a perfect experience. We had a tour of the farm, picked our courgette flowers, and herbs, and explored the area. We then started our day, the Chef was so good, he couldn't speak any English but we got everything he said. he made the whole experience seamless We stuffed Courgettes with Goats cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan, we made Gnocchi, we made Eggplants filled with cheese and white sauce and we also made the famous Caprese Cake. Step-by-step instructions. We all got stuck in. We could take photos, and ask questions - one of the owners was there, translating. After prepping all the food, we sat down and got through all the courses - the chefs cooked the dishes and we devoured them. We were offered wine and didn't feel rushed at all. We were there for 5 hours and it felt like an hour!! it went by far too quickly. 5 star, please don't even think twice about doing this. Thank you to everyone who made the day what it was.

We loved our trip to Antico Casale Colli di San Pietro for a cooking class on a farm! The family has four sons and everyone works together to run the farm, the bed & breakfast, and the restaurant. We were fortunate to have a private cooking class with two chefs, where we made four courses together. We loved picking our own vegetables/herbs from the garden to use in the dishes. We got to watch the family process fresh tomato sauce for the year ahead, have a bottle of wine with the meal made with grapes from their vineyard, try their homemade limoncello, and see the pigs/chickens/rabbits they will use in the year ahead. It is a completely self-sufficient farm and was a special experience unlike anything we've done before. If you visit Sorrento, highly recommend you make a trip out to their farm, Antico Casale Colli Di San Pietro!
