Enjoy the authentic chef experience cooking class with Rita and Luisa who are two sisters, experts in the culinary traditions of their territory preserving and sharing their knowledge of local traditions, recipes and hospitality, opening the doors of their home to all who wish to experience them. All classes are hands-on and feature local seasonal ingredients, some from Rita’s garden, most of them from the Sorrento Peninsula. The class starts with a visit to the vegetable garden and collection of products (depending on seasonality). You will be offered a welcome drink and canapes. Every customer personally prepare the dishes with the supervision of our Chef. Your full course meal includes a half a bottle of local red or white wine, mineral water, dessert, coffee and Limoncello. The Villa is located in the center of Sorrento.

This cooking class was 5 star! Marissa was our teacher and Rita is the host from the B&B. I love to cook and she brought us to another level! We not only made our 4 course dinner, we sat to enjoy it all for dinner following our class. Our party of 6 enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend this class. Can't wait to share my new recipes with family and friends in Florida.

Unanimously Bella Sorrento cooking class was my family's favorite activity on our 2 week action packed Italy trip. Hands on experience from picking the vegetables and spices we used in our dishes to making all the meals ourselves. Everyone in my family participated and learned how to make the dishes including my husband who does not cook, 2 boys 18 & 20 years old and my 13 year old daughter. Chef Marisa is passionate about teaching her art of cooking so that participants can replicate the recipes upon their return home. (Which my family has done together!) Laurent sent us the recipes of all the dishes we prepared plus extra recipes of my family's favorite dishes! Gennaro was so attentive to filling our glasses of wine and homemade limoncello to translating and providing cooking tips and to taking many photos of family through the experience. Great value and excellent quality. Not only was this one of our best meals we had in Italy, we continue the pleasure of preparing the dishes we were taught back home. We had a blast and the length of time was perfect. Bella Sorrento is a short walk from the center of town. The staff were so personable and treated us like family. I have already recommended Bella Sorrento cooking school to friends who had similar outstanding experiences. Bella Sorrento cooking school is different from other cooking schools: you are taught how to make these tasty dishes yourself no matter your skill set. This is a must do experience!!

We had so much fun at Bella Sorrento and took so many tips and tricks away with us that we have used in our day to day cooking. Highly recommend this class if you want an authentic Italian cooking experience!
