Mario from Gallateria David was highly recommended from almost all locals we met! True statement and the class he teaches is an eye opener for making gelato properly, the Italian way and the scientific way! Would recommend highly for anyone looking to see what goes into making artisan gelato, the right way!!

Very informative and super fun! David was great at teaching how the gelato is made and was great at involving all throughout the class! Got to taste some amazing gelato at the end too!
