This cooking class was not only a great learning experience it was so much fun!! Carmen made us laugh, work and enjoy! The food was so easy to prepare and she shared the recipes for us so we are looking forward to trying them at home!! She said my husband Don reminded her of her cousin, Salvatore, so she called him that all night, things like yes that right Salvatore, or no no Salvatore. Carmen has so much energy and passion for what she does. Hoping to make it back to Italy and taking another cooking class with her. We'll worth the time and great price too!! The Prosecco and wine flowed throughout the evening. Thank you Carmen for a great time, great food and your friendship!! Don and Colleen from South Carolina!
