Please insert your accommodation address in Sorrento (hotel, b&b, airbnb) in the "Special Requirements" section when booking, then call the local supplier the evening before your tour after 7PM to know your pick up time and if your pick up will be at your accommodation or nearby.
If arriving by cruise ship, please insert your cruise ship name, we will meet you at 9:45 on the dock in front of the restaurant RUCCIO, our driver will show a sign.

    In a 2-hour walking tour the tour guide will show you the most fascinating places, like The Forum, Thermal Baths, Lupanare, greek theatre and plaster casts of the bodies of Pompeii people burnt by volcanic ashes and lapilli during the eruption in 79 A.D.

  • Vesuvius National Park, Ottaviano, Italy
    After a brief stop for lunch with pizza and drink the group departs toward the Vesuvius volcano. The guide will accompany you until the admittance turnstile where the path to get to the crater begins. Along the way the Vesuvius national park guides are also available. Enjoy to walk around the crater at 1200m to see the charming bay of Naples from eastern to western side.

  • In case Mt. Vesuvius National Park is closed due to bad weather conditions and/or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be refunded the entrance tickets to the National Park
  • On the path of the volcano guide is provided by the national park on request

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Reasonably steep hike but worth the view on top of Vesuvius, only one toilet available at the base café, so had to queue for a while. Pompeii guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic if a little hurried, that said Pompeii is a vast site so there's a lot to get in.

La experiencia de ir al Vesuvio y Pompeya fue muy bonita.Lo que nos desiluciono fue la persona encargada del tour.Practicamente no hablo.Todos en la guagua estabamos perdidos.No se nos dio informacion de los alrededores mientras viajabamos.Hasta cuando fue el momento de comer nos dispersaron por distintas mesas sin explicarnos como era el proceso Al momento de regresar nos enviaron hasta solos con el conductor.Fue muy aburrido y super raro.

Tour showed the highlights of Pompeii and the guide was great. Vesuvius was a nice hike with great views.
