We are waiting for you to spend an unforgettable day together, in the kitchen so we knead our hands and knead the pizzas. a classic and tasty dish, we will make them stuffed and also into slices of pizza with rocket and flakes of parmesan cheese. step by step we will show you how to do it and together we will prepare them, showing you all the secrets of a perfect dough. Furthermore, a good glass of sparkling wine or a good Italian beer will accompany everything. Emily!! She is lovely and so full of life. She enjoys sharing her family history and traditions. A wonderful experience. We had such a great time. We really enjoyed going into a traditional Italian family home.

This was the highlight of our trip to Amalfi coast! This family is very welcoming! They invited us into their beautiful home and shared some of themselves and their culture with us. We were stuffed to the brim after we left their home. Not only did we make the pizza and pasta, but also pasta! And, they made us a beautiful spread of caprese salad, marinated veggies from their garden, salami, two types of spaghetti and samples of their Easter traditions!! We were there Easter Sunday. I would absolutely recommend this adventure!!

we were lucky, because we met angela and emily the first day we arrived in positano and in the evening we had the cooking class where we prepared the gnocchi. then we decided to also book the pizza school. wow, what a belo that was. we tasted fried pizzas, zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella and salami, stracetti pizza with rocket and cherry tomatoes. a large pizza in the oven, an excellent beer, just like a real local. and a delicious dessert the zeppola. thanks emily and angela you are the best.
