My wife and I visited Nonna Flora on our honeymoon for a private cooking class and we loved it, had a fantastic time. We went for the vegetarian menu, making our 3 course meal was a lot of fun, especially the pasta making for couples. And Anna tried her best to teach us some Italian! It is a great set-up in the kitchen and was nice with music playing and lights dimmed to sit and enjoy our meal afterward. I'm pretty sure we overran our time but didn't seem to notice as it flew by. A real treat and memorable experience towards the end of our honeymoon, thank you!

This tour was canceled the same day, with no explanation. Being that we were there in July, and it was a very busy summer, we could not find another cooking class to attend. Very disappointing!

What can I say! 4 days of gastronomic bliss. Cooking with Anna, Mama Patricia and Erin has been an absolute joy. Anna and Mama are so passionate about Neapolitan food and they so generously share cooking tips that are probably top chefs’ secrets. They gave me more than what I had imagined as take-aways when I signed up for this 4-day cooking class . After every cooking class, my husband and I were lovingly served the cooked dishes with great Italian wine n starters by Anna and Mama. We experienced the Neapolitan warmth, welcome and love firsthand. We are truly touched by their graciousness. I am so happy that I found Anna. I would recommend that anyone who wants to learn Neapolitan cooking take a class here first. You will return home with many recipes and many more lovely memories.
