Carlos was our driver. He waited for us at the train station even though our train was delayed. He was an absolute joy to interact with. He pointed out highlights along the way and even stopped at a Lemoncello place for us on the way. He was a very safe driver and his vehicle was very clean. He helped make our trip special.

The traffic was terrible but the driver had both patience and alternative routes. He turned what could have been a terrible experience into a pleasant one.

Driver was rude. Drove right past us, did not stop. Expected us to go find him. Did not even say hello. Did not speak a word to us the entire drive.
