  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The best decision we made was getting a transfer from the airport in Naples to Sorrento. The roads. We definitely wouldn't have been able to manage the twisty roads going to Sorrento by ourselves. The driver was on time. He was actually when we early and he was actually already there with sign and our name. He made the trip very smooth and easy for us from start to finish.
