Kendra was an outstanding tour guide! She is one of the best tour guides we have ever had on any of our excursions. Some of her family members are Amish, and she is a Mennonite. Kendra explained the culture and tradition of the Amish and Mennonites. She introduced us to several Amish and Mennonite people who work at local businesses. Kendra was very friendly, and she even remembered all of our names! By the end of the tour we all felt like friends,

Kendra was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and so kind and genuine. The trolley driver was also very kind and helpful. He assisted my mother in law, who requires a Walker, on and off the bus at every stop.
