Additionally, Ali Hussam at the main office helped with many aspects of the trip planning, including confirming dinner reservations and calling me while I was en route to see how I was doing. Always on time, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, our driver Mohandas. He always made sure we were traveling with the greatest local guides. While we were on tour, he gave us unrestricted access to the internet in his car, an endless supply of refreshments, and even a mobile phone we could use whenever we wanted. By chatting with the proprietors of the restaurants we ate at directly, he was able to save us money. He even handled the Dead Sea's late check-out by conversing in Arabic with the clerk.
