  • The duration of the transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
  • Over-sized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, diving equipment, or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Waiting time is 15 minutes.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Provided good service. Had a bit of a hiccup on driver arrival time (arriving 40 minutes before time the company gave us) and wished the company had given us driver's information directly so we could have coordinated. But very clean and nice car, and prompt delivery to airport!

We are happy with our Amman Airport transfer service with Zaid Tours and Travel. Our driver was on time to pick us up from our hotel and dropped us off at the airport with lots of time before our flight. Courteous and friendly. The car used is very clean and smells good. I highly recommend this company.

We were very pleased with our airport pickup. Our driver was a few minutes early and was waiting for us in the hotel lobby. The vehicle was clean, the driver was friendly and we got to the airport in plenty of time for our flight.I recommend the airport
