We were delayed for 2 hours in the Amsterdam airport waiting for our luggage to be unloaded off the plane. When we were finally ready to head to the hotel, our driver was nowhere to be found. We looked all over. We therefore had to pay a pricey sum to take a taxi to the hotel. We were not happy at all. Would not recommend to family and friends to book with Viator if traveling to Amsterdam.
