The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The service was perfect: cheerful, reliable, communicative, and capable, from beginning to end. My driver managed the heavy bags, helped bring them to and from the hotel and ensured I made it in safely. The driver was waiting for me outside of customs and communicated with me regularly to ensure I knew what to expect. The company also has a lengthy standard waiting window in case of flight delays.
I was traveling with heavy luggage and a pet for my move. The driver ensured that I had everything I needed to feel secure. We even made a stop to pick up some needed items for my pet before dropping me off at my hotel. I couldn't recommend this service more highly! I was absolutely exhausted and this service helped me ensure that I could get to my hotel with calm peace and mind, and with all the things I needed. I also did not have to worry when at the airport before I left, as I received competent and friendly emails before my flight for each step fo the journey.
