For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Everything was wonderful. I used you guys in 3 different countries Paris, Dubai & Amsterdam and all the experiences were great. Everyone was on time and very nice.

The car did not show up to pick us up. When we finally called to get ahold of the dispatch center, they apologized and said they had accidently given our car to someone else. We requested a refund and there's been no response for several days.

It took us a while to get through immigration. for there was construction. After picking up our luggage, we went directly to the meeting point, but no one was waiting for us. We went outside just in case our driver was there but he wasn’t. Called the company and was told that we exceeded the waiting time allotted , which was an hour, so driver left. Our plane landed at 10:33 am, and we were at the meeting point at around 11:40. If you want to experience what we went through, go ahead and book with this company. Us, on the other hand…NEVER AGAIN! Just take a taxi, or uber. They are more reliable and even costs a lot less!
