Great sit down tasting of cheeses. I don’t know Gouda could be made from a variety of milks! Also tasted some beer made with cheese whey - very tasty. Cute little shop and easy to take cheese back with you in your bag!!

Great value experience in Amsterdam. Generous portions of delicious cheese and 2 glasses of wine. The talk was both informative and entertaining. Highly recommended
