You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Fantastic service. Punctual, polite & highly professional. Good comms before, during and after the transfer. Advised on flight departure status, check-in desk & departure gate details whilst in transit. Smooth and very comfortable trip in a pristine vehicle.

Used Dec. 2022. This is the third time using VIP first review. Their website is easy to use and book your car. The cars are clean and drivers are very friendly and welcoming. Always on time. This trip, I did not receive a confirmation and had to reach out to them. Gillio Terol, Managing Director responded to my email within 11 minutes. We got it straightened out. I would encourage you to consider them if you are looking for a reliable transfer in Amsterdam.

I used few services from this company: Private transfers and renting a Mercedes Sprinter with a driver. Everything was perfectly in a time and very important that Gillio is super fast to respond whatever it is - phone call, message or email. I’m very pleased with excellent services and definitely will use services again. Highly recommended!
