During your stay in Amsterdam, you should not miss a cycling tour along the city's canals. This is not a review of the tour, but of Viator. We could not make the tour due to our flight having to make an emergency landing. This delayed us by six hours. I contacted viator asking for a refund or credit to another tour. I was denied a refund or credit. This was disappointing because we've had good service from Viator in the past. Certainly not what I was expecting this time.

We really enjoyed our city bike ride and recommend this experience to every visitor to Amsterdam. Our guide, Agustin, was excellent. Highly recommend.
