Gia Sebastian gave us a good explanation of the place as well as recommendations on where to buy, everything was very good, he gave us an explanation in Spanish and English.

La peor experiencia de nuestras vidas, ya que nos dejaron tiradas a mi madre con 68 años y a mi a la hora de regresar por retrasarnos solo 5 minutos y estando avisados y teniendo una confirmacion de que avisaban del retraso ya que estábamos solo a unos metros del destino y por la mañana estuvimos esperando mas de 15 minutos a otros pasajeros, segun ellos por cortesía y dónde se queda la cortesía al regresar??? Cuando llegamos al punto de encuentro no estaban, pero lo peor es que tuvimos que coger un tren (que ya era el último del día) para volver a Amsterdam desde Brujas con varios trasbordos, de duracion de 5 horas y un precio altísimo. Para colmo, no se responsabilizan de nada y te indican que marcharon a una hora que no es real y que nos estuvieron esperando, COSA COMPLETAMENTE FALSA. Tengo pruebas que justifican que a la hora que indican ya no estaban y ellos son muy consciente de esto.. Entendería que se fueran si hubiera pasado mas tiempo, pero la hora de vuelta eran las 17:30 y a las 17:35 estabamos en el destino y ellos eran consciente de nuestra llegada a las 17:35 porque tengo whatsapp que lo corroboran, y testigos de la hora de nuestra llegada. Realmente nos sentimos muy mal por el trato recibido, ya que no hay justificacion alguna para hacer lo que hicieron.. Espero que a nadie le vuelva a suceder lo mismo porque realmente ha sido una experiencia muy desagradable y una de las peores de nuestras vidas.

Estuvo bien pero faltó más tour, más historia, una mejor guía del chocolate y faltó la plaza mejor asesoría con la comida
