What a great experience. Make sure it’s high on your list. Greta mix of xheese and wine never hurts to add to the mix. Ron has an amazing amount of knowledge, he walked you through why the wines are paired with each cheese. Various characteristics of the cheese and you could sample red, white wine and ruby port to see how each on worked or didn’t with each cheese. Such a great learning experience and their cheese is Awesome. Do t miss this with you significant other or a group. Great fun!!

Delicious cheese and wine. Luca was very knowledgeable. Beautiful setting. Only thing I would do is give a handout with the actual cheese and wine names used for the tasting
