Een luchtjes toer over het water. Ondanks de regen was het in de overdekte boot prima vertoeven. Onbeperkt drinken en lekker warm met de elektrisch verwarmde kussens. Fijne uitleg over wat er allemaal te zien was.

Taking a ride on Amsterdam's waterways is always nice, so we thought it would be hard to go wrong and so some friends and I booked this early evening cruise bringing our children along. The light exhibits were cool, the boat departed and arrived back on time, and as promised there was unlimited mulled wine. The only problem was that our three young kids, talking and behaving as normal children (nothing out of hand, honestly, they sat in their seats and did not interact with other passengers), seemed to be totally unwelcome. The boat driver twice asked the children to be quiet and even concocted a story about a bird which would snatch them up and take them away if they didn't behave! It felt as though he expected them to be totally silent the whole journey. I compare this experience to other boat trips I've taken around Europe and this was by far the chilliest response I've had as a parent of a young kid. Please just advertise this as an adults only cruise if families with young children are not welcome.
