Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, holding a nameplate with the name provided during the booking process. The flight will be monitored in case of any delays and the driver will be waiting for 60 minutes after landing.

Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and maximum size of 158cm. Please note that additional charges may apply for each additional item.
Please be advised, that your driver will be waiting for you at the airport for 1 hour from actual arrival time of your flight. Flight arrival times are always monitored, so in the event of a delay, your driver will still be waiting for you.
Please inform us if child seat/booster is needed at the time of the booking.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Nothing was memorable... The driver didn.t show up... I had to pay a taxi to take us to our destination. not impressed at all

The driver never picked us up from the hotel to transfer us to the airport. We also had a problem with the arrival pick up. The driver was not at the meeting point in the airport and no one answered my phone calls. My husband found another telephone number that he called and spoke to someone who had the driver call me. The driver said he didnt have all of the pick up information but we should walk out of the airport across the street to the front of the Sheraton hotel and he would be there to pick us up. WHAT A NIGHTMARE ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TRANSFERS!

This was fine aside from the fact that our driver was a few minutes late and never got to the meeting point. He texted for us to come out of the airport and cross two streets to where he parked. That said, the ride was great. Ismael was very personable and helpful. We definitely would do it again.
