You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was great! Our driver texted directly with us and was waiting for us the moment we landed. He was extremely helpful and friendly. It was so much better than having to catch a taxi after a long international flight. Totally worth it.

Outstanding customer service and experience. Our driver, Alperen, was wonderful; he tracked our delayed flight and stayed in contact with us as we cleared customs. He was friendly, courteous and professional and the car was immaculately clean. Highly recommend !
