You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver arrived on time in a large, immaculate Mercedes van for my wife and I and our three kids. Great communication from the driver before his arrival allowed us to have our bags picked up from the room by the hotel butler and staged in the lobby for the driver’s arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again as there were no issues.
