For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The guide never showed at the meeting point, and the client services at Viator did not give us. a credible explanation of what happened

No follow up from the local group for what was supposed to be a customized day. We cancelled because they never got back to us until 30 minutes before scheduled departure
