Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The driver will wait at the arrival halls approx. 45 minutes after the plane has land and he will hold a nameplate with your name on it

You will get 90 minutes waiting time when the plane has land. After 90 minutes waiting time we will charge extra costs when our driver has to wait longer
For the departure transfer you will get 20 minutes waiting time. After 20 minutes waiting time we will charge extra costs when our driver has to wait longe
This is a private transfer so no other people will join in the car. Our vehicles will be cleaned after every transfer, have plastic safety glass and our drivers wear gloves and masks

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The drivers were on time, dressed nicely and very helpful. We had a group of 7 with one person in a wheelchair and they took very good care of us
