You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our driver was at the cruise ship passenger port 15 minutes before our pickup time. It worked great because we just came out and he was already waiting for us. Driver texted us when he arrive to let us know he was there. Driver very helpful with luggage and even found us a couple of karts at the airport to put our luggage.
