This is a seasonal tour which we only run in springtime, during March, April and the first weeks of May. On this tour you'll experience the best Holland has to offer in spring: tulips, windmills and countryside. Join us on our wonderful tulip tour through the famous flower fields of Holland near Lisse and the Keukenhof. We drive with a small van, so we can take you to the best viewpoints and places where the big tour busses can't come. The flower fields around Lisse and Hillegom bloom depending weather circumstances like temperature, rain and sunshine. Of course we also visit the Keukenhof, the biggest flower garden in the world. After this amazing flower experience we drive to the windmills of the Zaanse Schans. This is the best place in Holland to see old windmills. On our way back to Amsterdam we stop at cheese farm Simonehoeve to taste cheese. We’re flexible so we can adjust the tour to your wishes and lunch is not included but you can decide when and where you want to eat.

We can pick you up at any hotel, Airbnb address or location in Amsterdam and for a pick up (and/or return) at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport or Hotels nearby the airport we charge €30,- cash payment on the day itself. This because Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is about 20 kilometers from the city center so it’s taking us extra time and we pay 2 euros per liter gasoline.

This excursion was the highlight of our week! Philip was our guide and he was so knowledgeable and patient answering LOTS of questions. We first went to keukenhof gardens--definitely buy the pass to the park. I'm not sure why it would be offered without the entrance because if you're going to see the tulips you need to be in the park. The cheese stop was a smaller family-run business so not quite as crowded as some others and PLENTY of samples. Learning about the wooden shoes was very interesting too. We loved visiting the windmills and because Philip had been a miller at the sawmill we really learned a lot and got to see the innerworkings. We had lunch in a super cute town, Monnikadam, which was definitely worth the visit. All in all, a great day! Thank you Philip!!

Amazing day out without worrying about transfers and buses. Phillip was our personal guide through the tulips and the windmills. We even stopped at the beach! Phillip customized our day to what suited us.
