This company (Pollitan) never came for us, despite my messaging three times at different Intervals during the hour we waited. I called both numbers we were told to call; one never answered and was in Las Vegas; the other hung up and was in Colombia! We will be requesting a full refund, as we ended up taking the bus to our hotel and walking a few blocks with suitcases

Being left at the airport with no transportation for 2 hours after prepaying for this service and receiving confirmation well in advance of our trip. Thank god for the booking.com representative at the airport.

Driver never showed up. We waited until an hour after the pick up. No responses on multiple calls to both numbers provided, both cellular and WhatsApp as well as messages. Would not recommend. Left us completely stranded at the airport.
