James was superb. His knowledge and understanding of the context of that period of history was incredible. The two hours with him flew by - we wanted longer. He knew so much and had clearly studied the period thoroughly. Facts were presented in a way that they “lived”. His presentation style was gentle and informative and we felt privileged to have had such a guide. Thank you James.

Aaron was an outstanding guide. Irish, but knows the Jewish quarter like the back of his hand. Able to tailor the tour to meet our needs, e.g., when we told him we had already visited the Anne Frank house and the Portuguese Synagogue, he focused the tour on other sites. A real mensch (!). Highly recommended.

Andrea our guide was knowledgeable and patient. I'm glad we went private so we could spend longer periods of time at locations that were important to us as opposed to being herded around with a large group.
